Never in Qualicum Beach’s rich golf history has an opportunity quite this mediocre presented itself.

WHAT: 18 hole scramble (best ball)

WHERE: Qualicum Memorial Golf Club

WHEN: Saturday, September 20th

Shotgun start @ 1:30pm

WHY: Golf…and for the children!!

Dinner/Banquet to follow at The Village Eatery, 7pm start.

formats.

One of the driving forces behind the QBSAGLT is to have a frickin time. We don’t take things overly seriously and The Open will be no different.

You can look forward to new, weird formats on every tee box. Some will be helpful, some not quite as helpful, but all will be fun as heck.

The tourney will be played as a four man scramble, with a 3 drive minimum required from each player on your team.

costs.

Costs are as follows:

$175 per player

$700 per team

Hole sponsorships:

$200 per hole

3 hole sponsor spots left

HOLE SPONSORS: I WILL NEED AN EMAILED COPY OF YOUR COMPANY LOGO AND CONTACT INFO FOR YOUR HOLE SIGN.

It is NOT a requirement to have anything ‘extra’ at your hole but it is very much an opportunity to stoke the golfers out. This could be a cooler with Gatorades, or a person on your hole giving out a cold refreshment. Touch base with me and let me know what you’re thinking and, we’ll go from there.

what next.

TOURNAMENT FEES AND HOLE SPONSORSHIP FEES ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED.

There is no bonus for paying early, except maybe that I’ll like you more, but it is appreciated as the out of pocket costs on a 72 man tourney can be… significant.

Payments must be received by August 20th at the latest or you’re spot will be opened up to the waitlist.

Payments can be made to:

qbsaglt@gmail.com
